Ryan O'Connor is the Owner and President of My Legacy Roofs LLC, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry to every roofing project. His extensive background in real estate has given him a deep understanding of home construction, property value, and the importance of protecting one of a family's largest investments, their home.

Originally from the Principality of Monaco, Ryan spent the first 18 years of his life in Europe before attending college in England. Fluent in English, French, and Portuguese, he enjoys building relationships with homeowners from diverse backgrounds and believes that trust and clear communication are the foundation of every successful project.

A Pinellas County resident for more than 25 years, Ryan is deeply invested in the community he proudly serves. He attends Harborside Christian Church in Safety Harbor and was a founding member of the Rotary Club of Safety Harbor Noon. Guided by his Christian faith, Ryan believes that at his core, we are called to serve and help others. This philosophy shapes both his personal life and the way he leads his business.

As a devoted husband and proud father of three amazing children, Ryan leads My Legacy Roofs LLC with integrity, honesty, and a commitment to treating every customer like family. Emma Nicolaides serves as the Director of Operations at My Legacy Roofs LLC, where she is dedicated to ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from the initial consultation through project completion. With a lifelong background in the construction industry, Emma brings extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence to every roofing project.

Born in South Africa, Emma spent her early childhood there before moving to Cyprus, where she lived until the age of 13. Nearly 20 years ago, she made the Tampa Bay area her home and has since developed a deep appreciation for the community. She believes in building strong communities through integrity, service, and meaningful relationships.

Construction has always been a part of Emma's life, having grown up in a family deeply involved in building homes. This hands-on experience provided her with a strong foundation in quality craftsmanship, project management, and customer service.

At My Legacy Roofs LLC, Emma oversees daily operations to ensure every roof is installed to the high standards our company is known for. She works closely with homeowners, production teams, and suppliers to make certain each project is completed efficiently, professionally, and with the quality our clients deserve.

Outside of work, Emma is a devoted wife and proud mother of three amazing children. She and her family attend Harborside Christian Church, where their faith and commitment to serving others are central to their lives. Emma also has a deep passion for art and is an accomplished artist, having painted numerous murals throughout the Tampa Bay area as well as custom portraits. She believes that creativity and craftsmanship go hand in hand, and she brings that artistic eye to the roofing industry to help provide clients with a truly customized experience, ensuring every project is as beautiful as it is functional.

Jake Hocutt brings more than 10 years of roofing industry experience to My Legacy Roofs LLC, combining extensive product expertise with a passion for helping homeowners make informed decisions about protecting their most valuable investment.

Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Jake graduated from East Carolina University before making Tampa Bay his home more than 13 years ago. Throughout his career, he has worked on the manufacturing side of the roofing industry, giving him an in-depth understanding of roofing systems, materials, installation standards, and the latest industry innovations. His technical knowledge and commitment to quality allow him to provide clients with honest recommendations and dependable solutions tailored to their needs.

Jake is known for his professionalism, integrity, and customer-first approach. He believes that every homeowner deserves clear communication, exceptional service, and a roofing partner they can trust from the initial inspection through project completion.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time on the golf course, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and taking advantage of everything the Tampa Bay area has to offer.
